Equity Department

  The Equity Department consists of the Office Manager and one other clerical employee.  This Department is responsible for the filing and processing of new complaints and various petitions, and the docketing of all pleadings within the Equity Department.  This Department has approximately 1 - 4 new cases and 50 additional filings each day.

	Preliminary injunctions
	Petition to Partition
	Reduction of bond
	Counsel fees
	Compromise and Arbitration
	Sale of personal estate

	Discharge/purge orders
	Writ of habeas corpus
	Clerk certificates
